Getting 5th on gc at the Tour of Southland was a big accomplishment of mine last year always wanted to try and have a solid result. The previous years I was way off the mark but it all worked out pretty well last year. Still want to improve on that result and see what’s possible. 3rd at Edition Zero was nice but I’d love to win that race I’ve got every other spot on the podium except 1st. In 2025 I’ll be riding for POA in America and Advanced Personal back in NZ. Looking to get some more experience in the US gravel scene, and try get some results on the road. My motivation comes from trying to get the best out of myself and theres no better way to do that than in racing. Especially in a Tuesday night wheelers race where there’s no where to hide. I’ve always had a bike in some form and enjoyed riding. When I got my first gravel bike I was blown away but how far and fast you could travel under your own steam then the rides just got longer and more frequent.
